Description
Smyrna Bioscience Cell Lysis Enzyme is a broad-spectrum enzymatic lysis reagent designed to efficiently disrupt cellular structures and facilitate rapid release of nucleic acids from diverse biological and microbial samples.
The enzyme formulation enhances chemical lysis buffers and improves DNA and RNA recovery, particularly from hard-to-lyse organisms, including bacteria, fungi, and yeast. It is compatible with manual and automated extraction workflows and integrates seamlessly with magnetic bead–based nucleic acid purification systems.
