Wound Pathogens Assay
A high-performance multiplex real-time qPCR assay designed for the simultaneous detection of wound-associated bacterial, fungal, anaerobic, and atypical pathogens, along with select antimicrobial resistance markers. The Assay is provided in an all-in-one tube format containing pre-optimized primers, probes, and reaction chemistry, supporting up to 5-plex amplification per reaction, with RNase P included as an internal control. The assay is engineered for low-copy target detection, high amplification efficiency, and minimal cross-reactivity in complex polymicrobial samples.
